@wallhackio @aescling arguably things like generator functions and class expressions have introduced new possibilities for the language tho

@aescling @wallhackio i suppose a few features have been added in recent years but i wouldn’t call them evil

fiancé left bed for some probably important reason idk but i think i’m gonna not leave bed and that is important also

too sleepy for Integrations or Environments

hey chat, which is harder?

longish, re: nintendo switch 2

@aschmitz @kit like i agree that docked consoles are mostly dead at this point, but handheld consoles definitely still have something to offer, and yes the Steam Deck exists, but how different is the Steam Deck from the Switch really? it's still a separate computer you are buying just for games; it just has broader configurability and support at the cost of worse integration and out-of-the-box experience

longish, re: nintendo switch 2

@aschmitz @kit also it is easier to play a handheld on your couch

@akjcv right but the employer can only coerce employees to do things which it is possible for employees to do, so increasing the range of possibility also increases the range of coercion

@akjcv is it helpful to them or just helpful to their employer

@coriander but yeah i probably will keep buying nintendo consoles because i am more likely to play indie games on it than on compy, but i am not super interested in first party stuff yeah
