@imp broadly speaking she’s not wrong but “hey lets discuss this publicly available information about someone running for office and whether or not that info makes them fit for the position” is NOT a lack of protection issue

@twistylittlepassages my interpretation of the “living alone” line was that she lives with her parents but they’re working so much she almost never sees them (hence the couplet being “we gave her most of our lives” / “everything money could buy” instead of like, anything to do with their actual interactions)

My guess is she genuinely thinks that people would rather a ““civil”” republican than someone pushing for change. Which is not too far off from her senate race positions either so
