@Forestofglory the city is replacing a bunch of trees in my neighborhood (zalkovas are a fall hazard it turns out!) so its been very loud all day and they’re gone now but i still have a headache
the new trees should be nice once they’re in though, i think we’re getting a native dogwood and a willow-leaf oak

@instantiatethis last time i was on a med w/those instructions the answer ended up being ~16 oz but that with that med in particular the issue was more the dehydration it caused than anything else
