@Satsuma i feel like i'm probably in a relatively privileged position as well in regards to being a part of a growing if small library development department actively pretty involved in things like Samvera

but like i think about my undergrad university's library too and i'm sure they didn't make it themselves but it was pretty good and functional

kinda wanna see if i can find technical details on that now, actually

imagining what AO3 would look like on an actual library technology stack

i forced a bot to watch over 1000 hours of matrix movies and then asked it to write a script

it failed because the bot had no means of transmuting audiovisual data into semantic information, much less that in the form and structure of a film script

also the bot was VLC and didn't understand my request
