@Satsuma oh ok. to be fair, it would be valid to insult my ability and the nyt mini crossword. at least when i first started
@Satsuma are you insulting my ability at the nyt mini crossword
while the left has the blank, slightly astonished stare one has when someone you have known for 29 years reveals they don't know what the ICE is
To clarify, the qualifying exam took place over two days. It required taking four tests, one on mechanics, one on electricity and magnetism, one on quantum mechanics, and one on thermodynamics. Each test had only three questions and you were given an hour and a half for each test. This was typically not enough time to solve all three problems.
The day we were given the thermodynamics exam, we were incorrectly told we were going to the a quantum exam the day before, so we all had studied for the wrong test.
All of this was still easier than beating the nyt mini crossword faster than my younger sister
@aescling i've had a whale of a time on this instance, please don't ban me :(
@aescling it is true scrungly behavior to tell one not to post greentexts while also explaining how to properly format greentexts.
(i will not post any more greentexts in the future.)
@Satsuma do have a specific pronoun for Jimbo?
@coriander i have fond memories of when i was a kid of going to costco, back in the day when costco had video game demos, and playing the fighting mini game from Arkham Asylum. my family never had a ps3-generation console at the time so it was my only chance to play it.
so yeah i have to agree that it is the greatest game of all time
