@alyssa depends on the cat, but they like running & chasing things and fetch is one way to accomplish the running & chasing

@lirazel :( yeah not sure i want to be a roving archivist enough to move to wyoming for two years

@celli@octodon.social @yesterdaychild it can be very validating!

@yesterdaychild @celli@octodon.social kitty to the rescue! i hope the venting also helped

@alyssa @aschmitz mine generally go for the old “claw on the latch” technique which bypasses the difficulty of handles entirely!

@roland pretty sure i’ve read at least one fic with that premise

@being 100% this decision! I hope you enjoy your new fridge magneting powers haha

@being oh noooo that puts *such* a damper on things! Everyone should get to put pictures of the friend’s baby up on the fridge!

@being kitchen twinsies!!!

knives and cutting boards are def both also important things to make a kitchen functional! I’ve got a magnet strip on the side of the fridge for the knives—tho I guess that might not work if yours has been encabneted? Never really had to think about that potential issue before haha

@asya it doesnt seem unreasonable to me—what length are you offering?

@being my kitchen is about that exact size/layout, but the location of the stove & sink are swapped and the sink is narrower so theres juuuust enough space to squeeze a drying rack between it in the fridge (and then have like one cutting board’s worth of counter between the sink and the stove

@being *squints* where do you put the drying rack

@Betty Xue Yang would be pissed about this ranking 😂
