@pixouls for normal herbal tea teabags i don’t find they really resteep at all, so i just meant finished the cup

if i’m steeping lemongrass or ginger sometimes i’ll resteep since i just use the actual plant, in which case usually that means topping my cup off with boiling water when its like 2/3rds empty haha

cooking, food, meat

@pixouls ooh those look good!

@asya @celli@octodon.social i think this is the principle behind a general strike

@pixouls for tea-tea i brew loose leaf in a teapot so i time the steep and then pour it out into a cup to actually drink

for herbal bag stays in until tea is finished

@celli@octodon.social @villainousfriend @yesterdaychild @asya honestly true of all of bts lmao but yes definitely especially them

Food question

@stelepami i mean brownies are extremely flexible as far as baking goes so it wouldn’t be a huge issue if you skipped it but by similar logic a little extra yolk isn’t going to do you in

Food question

@stelepami 80% of the binding qualities (which is what you need in most baked goods) of the egg are from the whites so you definitely need both

@essentialrandom early access is a known patreon thing so i suppose that works

@essentialrandom (which part of this is the $upporters only part?)

@nash @twistylittlepassages getting like 80% of your wrimo words in on the last two days is a tradition for some folks: starandrea.dreamwidth.org/1038

re: spotify wrapped

@aescling @Lady sorry fur stealing yr joke

@twistylittlepassages far more unusually, at least in the local dialect I do the same vowel shift-half L when pronouncing “egg yolk”
