so here's how my stuff peppers came out. they're not nearly as good as how my mom makes them, but i guess they're never as good as mom's eh? she said she'd make them for me when i was last over but didn't get a chance to and sent me away with the peppers and the beef to make use of myself. I added a bunch of herbs, onions, green onions, zucchini, and mushrooms. Thought I'd made too much stuffing but surprisingly didn't have that much in the end.
