If I'm making brownies and I'm supposed to use two eggs, but the first one has a double yolk, do I still do the second egg?

@stelepami 80% of the binding qualities (which is what you need in most baked goods) of the egg are from the whites so you definitely need both

@stelepami i mean brownies are extremely flexible as far as baking goes so it wouldn’t be a huge issue if you skipped it but by similar logic a little extra yolk isn’t going to do you in
