@diegueno @s0 synthetic down & polyfill are *generally* designed to be washable though they may clump a bit (you can throw some tennis balls in with them in the dryers to prevent this)

if they’re claiming that the pillows are allergen-friendly than it basically has to be bc there’s no other way to keep dust mites out of pillows (though of course companies love to lie about these things)

@julen your side effects may be slightly worse if you get them at the same time so if you are prone to severe reactions to shots you may not want to put yourself thru an even worse one, but it shouldnt impact effectiveness at all either way

if you choose to separate, i think the guidance my doc gave me when i asked was to wait 2 wks after the first shot
