@Betty i think this guy does not realize how much surplus honey they honeybees have been bred to produce in normal conditions
@undead ahh i see!
@undead aren’t tostadas cooked a second time (aka toasted)?
@Lady u seem to post a lot of polls also
@weirdestate the giant square of bubble glass is compelling me after all these windowless boxes you’ve been posting
fuckin alberta
@Betty i assume they are also afraid of the kids with dysfunctional families feeling less alone and like they need to pretend everything’s normal
Mental illness
@weirdestate judging by the listing history, owner has seemingly been trying to sell since 2010 to no avail and yet re-raises the price each time they re-list???? started out at
$999,000 which is uh, more than i am willing to pay for a cave but far less absurd than the current price
@hollie 1) yes though i’m not half as sensitive to the smell as my mother
2) alas i cannot tell you
3) for mallards at least the men generally do not care about the chicks at all, though some of them do kinda protect them by way of following their girlfriend around and scaring off anything that might frighten *her*
@wallhackio @alyssa @Lady yes that is one of the downsides
@Lady @wallhackio if you want untraceable money mailing envelopes full of cash is still your best option
@wallhackio @Lady haven’t we established that the feds are actually pretty good at tracking crypto money laundering at this point
@Lady @wallhackio it also removes the gritty texture
@Lady @wallhackio make sure you wash all the dirt off first
@wallhackio @Lady roasting the dandelion root balances the bitterness somewhat
@Lady @wallhackio coffee is also bitter, this is a quality of coffee many people seek to emulate
@wallhackio @Lady chicory is a type of aster (daisy)
@Lady @wallhackio did you know you can make coffee substitute out of roasted dandelion root
@wallhackio @Lady the leaves and root are p bitter tho, but i guess donkey’s don’t care about that
this is a bit tedious because the food processor is not hefty enough to break up the 2 tbs black pepper so i have to grind it by hand but for anyone who wants to give it a shot:
1/2 c ish nutritional yeast
2 tbs fine salt
2 tbs black pepper
2 tbs thyme
2 tbs ground coriander seed
3 tbs jerk dry rub seasoning (which i got at the farmers market but contains scallions, cayenne, pimento, more of the ingredients i’m already adding separately, citric acid, and brown sugar)
whiz it in a food processor/blender until everything is a fine and even texture. or dont and accept that it’ll settle unevenly/some of it might not stick
