Okay, "vegan" honey is when you harvest honey from bees (apis meliflora) somewhere without a winter because that is "surplus" honey that they "don't need."
Which like. True. But also I am pretty sure every single beekeeper has as their goal sustainably harvesting honey from their bees.
@Betty gonna get some backyard hens that lay a sterile egg every single day and sell ‘em as “vegan eggs” bc they are “surplus eggs” that the chickens “don’t need”
