@twotone yeah i can see whatever weirdness they’re using to make it “cooling” adding some chemical tang to the whole thing also

huh big day in the bnha fandom congrats y’all

@Lady @aschmitz and over-conditioning huge glass office buildings is not the greatest for the environment, either

@rowyn Magnus and Umbral have worked well together before of course, but they seem especially well coordinated now. I wonder if they grew closer on their trip, or if it being Cassie who’s in danger just was the perfect motivator?

submission +, swearing & caps

@ljwrites congrats!!

@kelkyag @rowyn Yeah Honor is clearly more of a novice, even if Cassie was also new to some things (like having a familiar) at her introduction also. But also I get the impression that their fundamental approaches are a bit different even once you account for the skill differential

covid :grr:

@pamela even if its NOT covid i don’t want your your weirdly intense summer flu!! keep that away from everyone please k thx

@akjcv@types.pl @Lady i appreciate your specificity

negative physical health

@bright_helpings yeah that’s always how it goes 😩

negative physical health

@bright_helpings ack heat exhaustion sucks! do your best to rest up — the exhaustion part of the name is no joke

@rowyn the differences between honor and cassie’s magics (or at least what they find important enough to write down) is fascinating

@coriander @aescling @Lady the constitution has an enumerated list of reasons for which someone may vote remotely (which the state is then required to facilitate) but the delaware supreme court in uhhh 2021? decided that this list is exclusive aka the state may not facilitate remote voting for any other reasons.

The dodge is the governor decided not wanting to get covid is a sufficient reason to register to mail in due to disability, which is an approved category, so that’s what I’ve done the last four years

@Betty yeah too easy to talk yourself into going “okay but aunt so-and-so wasn’t really asking us to bury her flipping the bird with a sign that says ‘rest in piss tom’”
