#introduction Hi my name is wallhackio and I need a replacement for my addiction to twitter so I am here now.
I am a fan of good videogames (Outer Wilds) and bad videogames (Super Smash Bros Ultimate). Occasional discover weekly listener. Film and animation enjoyer. Future maine coone owner.
If I say something sucks, then I love it. If I say something is okay, then I think it sucks.
What is an ohio
what you mean i don't have to decipher core game mechanics from oblique comments made by NPCs?? hmmmm
pokémon scarlet/violet tip (not a spoiler, just explaining an obtuse UI)
changing a pokémon’s nickname and relearning/forgetting moves are also things you can do at any time, but ONLY from the party, NOT the boxes!!
pokémon scarlet/violet tip (not a spoiler, just explaining an obtuse UI)
if you are in your boxes and arrow over to the Memories page, it will normally say that the pokémon has no marks or ribbons, but sometimes it won't and will instead have a “Title” thing at the bottom (look at the Mystery Gift Pikachu for an example)
that means the pokémon has a mark (or ribbon)! you can only select these from your party, NOT the boxes, so move it out of the boxes into your party and then close the box view and go back to that page
(there is a slim chance of a pokémon having a mark when you catch it, and they can gain them via certain events. they are NOT selected by default; you have to manually select them)
this isn't EXACTLY true, like word is if you catch a bunch of pokémon in swarms it gives you extra shiny rolls, but it's more true than in SwSh where there were Brilliant Pokémon, or in games with a radar function / rustling grass, or so forth
all of the fun weird stuff is in the Tera battles so like why would you ever catch the same pokémon twice

« The changes were occurring in a near total information vacuum internally, employees said. Twitter’s internal communications staff has been laid off or left, and workers said they were looking outward for information from media articles. Mr. Musk has increasingly downplayed the role of traditional media over the past few months, citing Twitter as one of the best platforms for the rise in “citizen journalism,” as he put it. » lmao NYT is salty

« The company had said on Thursday afternoon that it was closing “our office buildings” and disabling employee badge access until Monday. But in his emails on Friday, Mr. Musk appeared to want to talk to people in person at the company’s San Francisco offices. »

« Elon Musk sent a flurry of emails to Twitter employees on Friday morning with a plea.
“Anyone who actually writes software, please report to the 10th floor at 2 p.m. today,” he wrote in a two-paragraph message, which was viewed by The New York Times. “Thanks, Elon.”
About 30 minutes later, Mr. Musk sent another email saying he wanted to learn about Twitter’s “tech stack,” a term used to describe a company’s software and related systems. » tfw u haven’t learned about the tech stack yet and already fired all the workers
