i disagree on both counts

the only thing to do in legends arceus is walk around and battle/catch pokémon but buddy they sure did do a good job of walking around and battling/catching pokémon

legends arceus isn't a better GAME than scarlet violet but it is a better POKéMON WALKING SIMULATOR

in battles i keep wanting to do Strong Style and no wait that's a different game

scarlet/violet is enough like legends: arceus that i keep pressing the legends arceus buttons and then getting upset when they do a different thing

@alyssa the switch games use the scaled experience gain formula where you earn more EXP if you battle pokémon that are a higher level than you, so you can ramp up your pokémon levels pretty fast if you take the path towards the final gym where all the pokémon are like level 30 or 40

of course then your pokémon are overlevelled for the entire rest of the game until you hit the end but like i’m not playing for the challenge of the gym circuit
