@D6016 idk about your situation but i have a disc extrusion and every now and then the extrusion will just move around ever so slightly and it hurts like hell. and uh. it kinda just happens and then slowly dissipates into the normal only kinda noticable pain i’m used to. point being when i’ve asked about it my doctors went “yeah that just kinda happens; if it doesn’t die down eventually, then let us know” lol
