@akjcv its okay here by dint of this being a city that was mostly planned and constructed pre-car but it definitely could be a lot better

@akjcv my mother was just at a talk about how bike infrastructure is fucked bc no one in the us puts in the money but also it would still be fucked if we did put in the money because we dont teach our city planners/road engineers/etc how to actually plan for bikelanes

@Lady @aschmitz @aescling i’ve always viewed metaphor as the broad umbrella category which includes both similes and allegories and also other things which we haven’t named and therefore just get called metaphor by defauly
