RE:LB one thing which i’d note is that the thing driving those doctor owned local practices out of business, pushing doctors into big corporate medical systems is in part the difficulty of staying in network for the various big health insurance groups

If your patients can’t see you bc their insurance was like ‘nah’ you dont really have a choice but to accept an offer from one of these places
