@platypus she’s older than Lizzie, so probably is actually in her early twenties. But a year or two doesn’t really change your point much, especially as it pertains to Mrs Bennet
But yeah Lydia getting married at 15 has always been one of the more horrifying aspects of that book to me, in part bc of how chill everyone else seems to be about it

@squirrellilly yeah it is a weird quirk of tumblrs UI that the links that start tumblr.com are loginwalled while ones that start with the username are not—I think it is just because the username first format is older, and the way it displays things makes it harder for them to implement a login wall? idk
