@gnomon haha yes lentils can really expand as they cook! they do freeze well tho, which is always my saving grace during “oh no I have made Too Much” moments

@pamela @demimom i usually try to pre-empt the morning dehydration with a big glass of skratch’s hydration formula along with my meds, which’ll usually keep me going well enough to make it thru breakfast + accompanying hot bev
But yeah if I have to be up and functional straight off the bat (something i avoid even outside of POTS problems lol), morning electrolytes are definitely key

@gaditb @Lady whether or not group C “people who are casually friendly with groups A and/or B and thus indirectly enable them” is also nazis is I guess more up in the air, but the issue is that group C is MUCH more likely to actively enable or even eventually become group A—eg. M’s CNN example—than they are to abruptly develop a taste for violence
