the answer is yes, it just submits it using javascript [provided you don’t say otherwise]
« The Rails framework encourages RESTful design of your applications, which means you'll be making a lot of "PATCH", "PUT", and "DELETE" requests (besides "GET" and "POST"). However, most browsers don't support methods other than "GET" and "POST" when it comes to submitting forms. » then will you REALLY be making a lot of "PATCH", "PUT", and "DELETE" requests? ![]()
how has @aescling posted more toots than me
anyway the sheer hubris of beginning the domain name of your mastodon instance with ‹ mobile. › is boggling me
i’m not going to search for vlad because he has secure fetch turned on and i don’t really want him to know about this instance
https://mobile.tmediatech.io/api/v1/instance is live, apparently the admin is named “vlad”
which personally is not something i would necessarily want to draw attention to without concrete ideas for how to improve the situation
just gonna say that most people do not use computers for ideological reasons, they use computers because they have things they want to accomplish
if people use computers in a way which does not line up with how your ideology thinks computers should be, that is a damning indictment of either :—
1. the people who share your ideological commitments, or
2. the ideology itself
—: and their/its ability to actually meet people’s real material needs
Administrator / Public Relations for GlitchCat. Not actually glitchy, nor a cat. I wrote the rules for this instance.
