GlitchCat is a good instance and its WebFinger doesn’t even spontaneously break anymore
@Lady btw i figured out why the misconfiguration happens in the first place; i have the script that sets up the logger in the httpd’s repository, which i should have named run.example
or something instead of just run
. so pushing or pulling updates to the test environment was overriding the logger settings to use the wrong directory
this happens with the production environment too, strictly speaking, but it’s at least correct for production. it’s still wrong ofc
@Lady i haven’t gotten around to changing this yet as i haven’t had any updates to make, but now that i know how to actually use execline’s case command, i have a reason to push any updates, so
@Lady well it SHOULDN’T,
