@coriander the thing is, the debate performance itself hasn’t actually damaged biden’s ratings much in the places that matter, but he seems determined to do everything in his power to specifically anger the people in the party who care about shit like this

@coriander biden gave an interview on WURD Philadelphia to ease concerns about his performance in the debate; it has now come out that the campaign provided the questions that the host asked; the station subsequently asked the host to resign for violating their journalistic independence and jeopardizing listeners trust

everybody loves file·names which begin with U+002D HYPHEN-MINUS
like obviously fair use uses are NOT inherently re·usable, so REUSE does not apply. however,
i realize that technically the way to signal “this file is under copyright, has no licence, and is distributed because the repository owner believes its inclusion is fair use” is to simply not be REUSE compliant, but it still feels bad

@aescling to the contrary, i think the argument is “it’s okay to use the process to constrain voter’s choices, but not to subvert the process to remedy procedural failures”, which is very amenable to term limits
