i listened to punk music and

@coriander radically embracing roleplaying and letting the player do whatever the fuck they want with no single solution is inherently in conflict with the style of game design which made things like Twilight Princess and Metroid Prime good
@coriander i feel like we're replaying the same arguments that happened in western games in like 2016 where people were like “you know, maybe intentionally crafting game spaces for a certain path does have artistic value and we don’t have to open world everything”
