from a gameplay perspective it’s a strict improvement and natures serve a pretty similar function from a lore perspective but it's weird to me for two pokémon with maxed levels to have the exact same stats

like, foraging was too hard so we started planting seeds. digesting meat was too hard so we invented fire to help break it down for our delicate stomachs. hunting was too hard so we domesticated wolves to do it for us, then domesticated chickens so we wouldn't have to keep tracking them down.
