@aescling @Lady git bash can be really really slow with io in my experience so its possible that it is making a difference

@aescling @Lady the specific experience I have, where git bash was 10000x slower than powershell, was running npm install on a piece of shit laptop in 2021

@wallhackio @Lady maybe the terminal emulator git for windows installs is really slow at drawing?? idk why it should affect IO

@wallhackio @aescling @Lady if your wacky workflow runs a lot of subcommands, then you might be running into the windows processes are really heavy problem
