Hey #FediHiveMind / #AskMastodon, help me out here. As you can probably see from the lack of activity on this account, I'm ramping down my social media presence pretty hard. However, I still find myself with downtime where I want to read something, but don't have/don't have time or mental space to make progress on a nonfiction book and don't want to read fiction.
What I actually want is a zine.
So I'm looking for recommendations. Where do you get your zines? Are there any regularly or irregularly published series you recommend? Who are your go to distros? All types welcome, from fanzines to tabletop rpg zines to software zines to photo zines to political zines. #Zines!

@coriander it would actually be an interesting decision with stakes if the contestent pool were a normal size and also they did it extremely late into the game. it might statistically be the right play to just take it and leave still, but i think it would be so much harder to give up the potentially higher reward in that situation, when it’s so tantalizingly close
