@vaporeon_ i really like the pedagogical purrspective the authors of https://htdp.org/2024-11-6/Book/index.html took when writing their book; after teaching the classic SICP fur enough years they were just like “okay we need to do better than that” and they did it themselves

@vaporeon_ my understanding is that you use it if you want an object with heap-allocated memory storage but with the allocation behavior you would expect as if it were on the stack. i do not know why you would want this
