@pamela yeah that seems like a much better / more reasonable policy! its similar to what a convention i (virtually, but the convention is hybrid) volunteer for has done the last two years — con spaces are everyone masks but public spaces may include non-masking congoers so be careful in lobby, hallways etc & DIY filtration in areas with lots of people (corsi-rosenthal boxes) which was a bit of an accessibility tradeoff bc of the noise but

I think 2022 infections were pretty low and almost entirely people who reported going to the hotel bar as part of track and trace, so there was an extra warning about that in this spring’s Covid packet

@pamela my line is personally at universal mask wearing outside of specific designated areas bc i don’t trust an institution that doesn’t have that strict of a policy is going to 1) make sure the filtration is good enough that people masking shortly before i showed up would actually be a meaningful risk reduction 2) actually ensure everyone who is asked to mask has a mask they can wear that works for them

恩赐解脱 / Enci Jietuo based on the ever so slightly better metadata attached to the manhua but no one links directly back to the original copy of the webnovel, and the original copy of the manhua has been taken off bilibili so i’m reluctantly declaring the trail to be cold
