@platypus my previous landlord was corporate but old school, so they let you drop off a check (or mail, tho it was close enough i doubt anyone did besides prepaying first months rent) and i am annoyed by the change for sure
@platypus in theory yes but the way they have bank deposit set up is sus af (it is asking for details you should not need to ACH) so i’ve been paying the flat $3 debit card fee

@xieliansbignaturals yeah its frustrating to see how cavalierly everyone at the olympics seems to be treating COVID. The individual athletes who’ve competed while sick are mostly the ones making the news but their choices are only possible because the people organizing the event didn’t bother taking this seriously enough to build in even basic COVID precautions
