I do know a lot of people who do buy apple phones on like a 2 yr upgrade cycle just bc they want the new fancy camera/processor/screen/etc so it’s not like apple even needs to force it by making shitty devices

I'm reviewing my interview tape and I forgot that the interviewee suddenly brings up the death of his cousin to carbon monoxide poisoning when he was 17
