when you check the book on worldcat and the only libraries with a copy are all Ivy Leagues……

i just wanted to do a brief overview of a topic for a blogpost how am i already purchasing two books and trying to ILL another one

one of the most baffling aspects of academic house style to me is the implicit presumption that the person reading your paper lacks the information literacy to research and validate the intellectual groundwork upon which you make your claims if you don¦t point them to a literal book on the subject first
