The font of a bunch of CJK symbols in the code charts has changed to <https://github.com/unicode-org/cjk-symbols/>, which is mostly derived from Source Han Serif. It looks pretty good!

Variation sequences have been defined for Math “script” letters! You can now distinguish between “chancery” and “roundhand” script styles via variation selectors.

Unicode finally realized that there wasn’t an equals emoji, so you might have difficulty doing basic arithmetic in emoji characters (why not?). They added one!
