which personally is not something i would necessarily want to draw attention to without concrete ideas for how to improve the situation
just gonna say that most people do not use computers for ideological reasons, they use computers because they have things they want to accomplish
if people use computers in a way which does not line up with how your ideology thinks computers should be, that is a damning indictment of either :—
1. the people who share your ideological commitments, or
2. the ideology itself

i’m rereading all the Rails Guides since i haven’t worked seriously with Rails since sometime in 2018 and like 90% of it is just me going “oh so that’s what that spelling means” and the remaining 10% is me digging through the source code and becoming gradually more horrified at what i unearth there
