trying to resist saying “solarpunk is a genre of white settler anarchists who have turned to utopianism to avoid confronting the fact that they are a walking, talking ecological disaster for the land they inhabit, and that it is why it is completely aesthetically bankrupt and has yet to produce a single definable esthetic trait which is easily accessible to the poor” to somebody who clearly cares a great deal about solarpunk
