did canada ever figure out the whole constitutional crisis thing re: queen elizabeth dying or was that just sort of deferred

when i was a kid they told me metadata was bad and that’s why i don’t know how to check a book out of the library

« error: TS2322 [ERROR]: Type 'unique symbol | unique symbol | unique symbol | unique symbol | unique symbol' is not assignable to type 'unique symbol | unique symbol | unique symbol | unique symbol'. » thanks

considering the only part of this i could remember was the part where they go ohh-OHH-ohh and i had another song stuck in my head at the same time it took me a bit to figure out

@noelle @millihertz could also be history.pushState() javascript, which is designed to add useful navigation to single page web apps (like mastodon), but on many websites is used in such a buggy manner that it just breaks history navigation instead

“don’t worry; i hate professional writers too”

@aescling returns a new object with the same enumerable, string‐typed keys as obj, but with the values mapped according to the function mapValue

Object.fromEntries(Object.entries(obj).map(([key, value]) => [key, mapValue(value)])) sure is a pattern
