i cannot express how little interest i have for a website for online people to cultivate their online brands

@aescling tech people want their work to be revolutionary, they don't want to do revolutionary work

@00dani @monorail not necessarily true of ruby strings unfortch 😔

me and my girlfriend watching chihayafuru: competition, or, to use the Marxist term, dialectic

@monorail @00dani because "numbers are class instances" to me suggests "numbers are mutable" which :blobmeow_sweat:

@monorail @00dani one potential difference is that numbers in javascript are (for good reason) immutable

even if you attach a method to them it can't modify the original value

is that true in dart?

gender is pretty cool when it’s optional

i cannot overstate how strong the “oh my god they’re fucking” vibes of this episode are

today with my girlfriend we watched the pokémon episode about the lady who has sex with her piplup and croagunk

oh no i broke my website on mobile

@aescling that was my recollection as well though but i'm wondering if coming back to it with more context will change my feelings

@aescling you're allowed to share your opinions about things lol

@aescling i haven't even gotten to the manifesto yet

@chr inklings are pokémon and pokémon are furries

@violet @LunaDragofelis practically speaking, building a (directed) graph just boils down to consuming a list of triples so the fastest and easiest syntax is to just use that as your serialization form

which is actually not that difficult to express in any language; the hard part is making it readable for humans

@violet @LunaDragofelis nah, turtle is not that hard, especially compared to like JSON-LD or other solutions

but if ease of parsing is your concern, just serialize your graph as a flat list of triples (N-Triples) and leave it as that
