@aescling like is it just trimming in a particularly bad place (before the slash maybe?) which is causing the link to be sanitized out or

this weekend i implemented line breaking
pokémon crystal does this thing in battles where when an attack is going off it will cut the main line of the music but keep playing the harmony
i THINK this might be a technical limitation due to needing to sound effect the attack and the game boy color only supporting so many audio channels but
anyway it’s super cool how when JIGGLYPUFF uses SING you just get this funky little harmony line and then jigglypuff singing over the top of it
