but it's an interesting shift in philosophy to a much much stronger nurture > nature perspective

practically speaking this doesn't matter because the only time one would have maxed Effort Levels is in competitive play which already exists outside of the magic circle of lore

like they should be different. they're different pokémon,

from a gameplay perspective it’s a strict improvement and natures serve a pretty similar function from a lore perspective but it's weird to me for two pokémon with maxed levels to have the exact same stats

not sure how i feel about pokémon legends: arceus getting rid of IVs
