extremely old facebook family emoji. a lady and guy and child and they all have extremely vacant stylized smiley faces.
current facebook family emoji design. lady, guy, girl kiddo, boy kiddo. they are more realistic in depiction but the way they all stare at you together as a nuclear family unit is extremely unsettling.

the new ESC recommended designs for family emoji are abstract silhouettes which don't convey gender or skin tone (meaning that many existing emoji will wind up with the same appearance if this is implemented)
