i hate when anime gets praised for its animation when only 10% of the show's runtime is actually interesting to look at

the show has expensive animation but sometimes wastes it on overanimated incomprehensible gobbledygook choreography. it also commits the Mortal Sin of having flat, uninteresting direction during non-action scenes. which comprise the majority of the show

i lost interest in the show once i realized that the writer creates interesting characters only to make you feel sad when they die.
