I haven't used jQuery in any way, but from what I've seen looking at the docs, it strikes me more as a utility library than a framework.
On the other hand, I have a some amount of practical React experience and very much consider it a framework.
Are any of these a "framework"? Genuinely curious to hear any thoughts on the matter.
