@vaporeon_ probably the most recent mistakes I have made were bash-related. I made some wrong assumptions regarding scope rules for variables, resulting in situations where variables in loops had values from previous iterations of the loop that I didn't expect, causing subtle bugs that took me hours to unravel

Any chapter 3 was spectacular, easily my favorite so far. On to chapter 4!

@lapis its another movie directed by Jordan Peele, who directed Get Out and Us (which I have never seen unfortunately)!

Our main characters are horse ranchers whose horses start getting hunted by what looks like an UFO.

There are some really really creepy scenes in here but by the end of the film it doesn't exactly feel like a horror movie. It gets pretty adventurous, like a black reclamation of the western genre? It's really cool.

It's also Jordan Peele's most thematically adventurous (well, I guess I can't say that in good faith since I haven't watched Us, although do know a good bit about Us because I have engaged with plenty of criticism/analysis of it.) It's very interested in humanity's relationship with wild animals and our hubristic belief we can command them and that's just scratching the surface. Cool movie
