I feel very silly because there are some basic sniff tests you can do to convince yourself that ancient fruit must be more profitable long term just by looking at the numbers a little
The value of a crunchy calculation is for computing when exactly ancient fruit becomes more valuable than star fruit, a problem that is difficult to intuit from a quick overview of the numbers
