its funny that the pasta box tells me that 1/8 of the box is a serving. you foolish box. you underestimate my greed

I've worked in retail, I know things happen sometimes, but this has gone beyond the great amount of patience I have for these things.

re: write a function that takes a list of 2-length lists: [string, number] and a number. determine how many of the 2-length lists strings include a character with an ascii value represented by the number in that list. if that count is greater than or equal to the number passed into the function, return 'Winner!'. otherwise, return "Loser!"

@monorail man python is so good for these things

@monorail ooh let me try this

how the actual hell does canned heart of palm taste like vienna sausage. it is a vegetable how does it taste like that

@monorail @vaporeon_ nothing to be ashamed of, large one. its just weird, thats all

Thinking about the time I asked @aescling to like one of my posts because it had 9 favorites and I really wanted 10 and she responded "only if I enjoy the post"

@Breakfast this is neat but I regret to inform you that it is not yet Friday

@vaporeon_ @monorail I've been able to find local coffee shops near my parents house that do this. Nowadays I own a coffee grinder and a certain time of container for brewing coffee so I just do it myself

So I would recommend looking up places near you and seeing what you can find

If you want to do it at home. a chemex, hand grinder, and coffee filters can be acquired for probably something around $70 US dollars. Over here a 14oz bag of coffee beans goes for about $15-25 dollars depending on quality (the real premium shit can easily exceed $40 dollars but I don't ever do it. Yet.)
