- mix shredded cabbage + carrots + green onions with 3-4 eggs and fry them like hash browns
- fry some deli ham
- add sliced cheese
- toast bread
- assemble with too much mayo, a sprinkle of sugar, and too much ketchup
extremely savory and probably bad for you but very yum
I fried too much eggs and ham and made a giant sandwich that was too tall and it was wonderful
