korean breakfast sandwich good

- mix shredded cabbage + carrots + green onions with 3-4 eggs and fry them like hash browns
- fry some deli ham
- add sliced cheese
- toast bread
- assemble with too much mayo, a sprinkle of sugar, and too much ketchup
extremely savory and probably bad for you but very yum
I fried too much eggs and ham and made a giant sandwich that was too tall and it was wonderful
@wallhackio that sounds bad for me and way too much work!
@The_T it's not coleslaw, it's just shredded cabbage and carrots for the purpose of coleslaw, but you can use it for any other situation that demands shredded cabbage and carrots

I'm trying to think if I've ever liked cabbage
I'm more of a broccoli girl, that was my green of choice.
And tomatoes. Absolutely perfect fruit.

@wallhackio (I actually don't like coleslaw) but I'd still curiously try it maybe. And I do want to start eating new things... but that's a big jump, I think...
