when I was like 24 (or so? i don't remember) i mentioned to a friend of a mine that I always got headaches when I drank alcohol and she was like "maybe you're just dehydrated?"

and then i started drinking more water and it never happened again and also i started feeling a lot better and healthier what the fuck

It is crazy how I lived the majority of my life constantly dehydrated and never realized
