@The_T at the same time, spam is really bad for you so there's no harm in avoiding it entirely

@The_T if you're really dead set on trying spam the reduced sodium variant is actually quite good

@The_T i took about a sixth of a can and diced it up and added it to an omelette and added no additional salt and that was pretty good

you can do similar things with fried rice
