@The_T I halve my bread, freeze one half, and then keep the other half in a zip lock bag which for me keeps it from getting stale
@wallhackio hmm. Trying to decide if it's less work than just making a tiny loaf every 3 days. (I do ziploc the loaf)
@The_T the recipe I've been doing recently makes two loaves which tends to last me about 1.5 weeks

@wallhackio I was gonna say "Sourdough is literally Wizard Shit" but there was a webcomic (unfinished, no plans to finish) called Balderdash! and one of the characters was someone who ate bread that iirc WASN'T made by magic and wanted to learn to be that kind of baker.
Also, if you haven't read T. Kingfisher's "A Wizard's Guide to Defensive Baking" you probably should
